  • When it comes to Crystal’s professional development, she begins with the most important step to effective learning. That is building relationships! Her trainings to the classroom are easy to learn and easy to implement! She works harder than anyone I know!

    Amanda Snyder, Former Kindergarten teacher

  • Crystal has a way of captivating her audiences whether your 4-104! She has a fun and down to Earth spirit that radiates every discussion no matter how light or tough the topic.

Crystal teaches real life from the heart. Everything she trains others to do, she is actively applying in her own classroom. She constantly self-evaluates to continue to improve her classroom teaching along with her professional teaching. Crystal’s advice is all about serving her students best and how to meet the needs of all her students, especially the most challenging ones.

In all my contacts with Crystal, I have always felt valued. She listens, whether it be talking about something professional or personal. She has such sound advice to help me be the best person and educator I can be. She is a burst of sunshine in any room she enters!

    Lynn Bell, Pre-K teacher

  • Crystal is enthusiastic and passionate about education and best practices for her students and colleagues. She is quick to tailor her presentations to meet the specific needs of her audience.

Her trainings are applicable to the classroom because she’s IN the classroom! She knows the day-in and day-out challenges that are presented when trying to meet the needs of her students.

Crystal came to my school when I was about to retire. I had the privilege of teaching next door to her, as well as being on the same planning team. I always told her…”You CAN teach an old dog new tricks!” In my last years, I was able to successfully implement some of her ideas and strategies in my own classroom with much success! Thanks Crystal for sharing your passion with me, but most importantly, the children!

    Cindy Inman, Kindergarten

  • Crystal realizes that relationships come FIRST, whether that means students or adults. She embodies “they don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

Her advice ultimately serves students. Anything that empowers teachers to improve community and relationships will translate to student empowerment, as well.

    Julia Denman, Reading Specialist, retired

  • Crystal's PDs are unique because her logic is based off of years of observation from her class management system, PART.

Crystal's trainings are applicable to the classroom because it first identifies the student's socio-emotional needs in order have an enriched learning environment.

Crystal thinks outside of the box and her method of teaching serves the students first by building a sense of community and self-efficacy which in return creates an environment of partnership not only with her students but their parents as well.
