  • Crystal's PDs are unique because her logic is based off of years of observation from her class management system, PART.

    Crystal's trainings are applicable to the classroom because it first identifies the student's socio-emotional needs in order have an enriched learning environment.

    Crystal thinks outside of the box and her method of teaching serves the students first by building a sense of community and self-efficacy which in return creates an environment of partnership not only with her students but their parents as well.
