Why Train With a
Relationships Model?

At Teachers as Partners LLC., we use relationships (also known as partnerships) to build a sense of self-efficacy in every educator and student. To teach in a 21st century classroom, an educator must have a healthy relationship with self; a healthy relationship with the job; and a healthy relationship with their school community. Through our services, educators and students feel more equipped to work together towards academic, social, and emotional goals as strong individuals, but, also, collectively as a school community or team.

The Teachers As Partners (TAP)
Relationship Model

This framework overviews the relationships needed to practically and productively manage an educator’s work. Once educators feel confident in their own abilities to fulfill their roles, they can manage relationships with students in their classroom. Once those relationships blossom over time, teachers understand how to socially motivate students towards partnership expectations and lifelong learning habits. With this three-part training model, educators feel fully equipped to connect with the next generation of students.
